Free class taught by Nova Fitness Yoga and Conditioning coaches Kevin Sawyer, Joanne Wu, and Robyn Paige.

This 2hr session is specially designed with the Nova Nation community in mind. Whether you are part of the yoga, BJJ, acro, or fitness community at Nova, this class will be fun, approachable and exciting. We will help you sweat strong into a wonderful St. Paddy’s weekend.

No prior fitness, acro or yoga experience needed. Just come prepared to stretch and tone.

After the workout, enjoy some juice from Just Juice and energy balls made by Joanne!
