Pops and dynamic transitions can be very fun but also scary if attempted without safe progressions. Dr. Joanne Wu will come back to Syracuse MIM to help you explore Level 1 pops that will help you feel strong and silly at the same time.

No partner necessary. You must have either completed last workshop in Syracuse on spins in January or have had at least 4mo of experience in Acro with the following proficiency:

1.) Free bird
2.) Free back bird
3.) Star 30 seconds
4.) Straddle bat
5.) 10 pushups modified
6.) 30 seconds hollow body hold
