Join Team Willco and Fit2bWell in this combo of AYFit Pregames then Slacro meets AYMontreal Acro workshop!
You can come to tbe Pregames 12:45pm-1:45pm or the workshop from 2-4pm only. The best deal is to come to both to get strong and take your acro practice to new heights.
Team Willco will teach the workshop with Dr. Joanne Wu assisting and Dr. Joanne Wu will lead the AYFit pregames.
Workshop format brings together the strengths of two acro training traditions. Being a YogaSlacker means finding stillness in unstable situations, whether on a slackline or with a partner (or in life!). Montreal Acro is all about creativity; emanating from a background of acrobatic dance and ashtanga yoga, it invites exploratory improvisation and encourages practitioners to play with movement.
Join us to explore a flow inspired in both of these AcroYoga traditions and complete it with your own exploration. This workshop is for those with some acro experience and the desire to follow your instincts.
