Let the Outer Harbor scenery and the calm water view melt it away. Join us for another fun power hour and savor a drink on us from the Pointe after! Dr. Joanne Wu is helping you inspire movement for healthful living.

Paddle fitness is a way for us to use the Stand Up Paddle board to train our core, our entire body, and our heart rate! We will paddle and perform strengthening focused exercises on the board as well as paddle around the area to enjoy the Outer Harbor Wilkeson point. After, we will set up a special yoga session right by the beautiful gazebo to relaxing music produced by local artist Kurt Ebsary of Leaky Ledge Studios. 75min never went by so fast. You will sweat, smile and savor not only because you worked out, but you met new friends and enjoyed nature!
