Do you Kangoo? Well this is your chance to try an exciting low impact cardiovascular exercise that will boost your metabolism, your fun and your fitness!

So proud to join the one and only energetic fellow Lululemon Ambassador Judy from Garage Fitness to bring you a SUP fusion event. Dr. Joanne Wu will be teaching a SUP Yoga program that will help get you out of your workday while warming up for the exciting beats of funky house that will increase your strength over laughter. Then Judy will kick off the Kangoo fit sure to shake your fitness routine. 75min total training.

After our power workouts, we will be having a toast over our success with sips from the Pointe. From water, beer, to wine and hard cider, we will provide you FREE refreshing drink to cap off the night. Get to know your community!

Join Team Willco and Fit2bWell in this combo of AYFit Pregames then Slacro meets AYMontreal Acro workshop!

You can come to tbe Pregames 12:45pm-1:45pm or the workshop from 2-4pm only. The best deal is to come to both to get strong and take your acro practice to new heights.

Team Willco will teach the workshop with Dr. Joanne Wu assisting and Dr. Joanne Wu will lead the AYFit pregames.

Workshop format brings together the strengths of two acro training traditions. Being a YogaSlacker means finding stillness in unstable situations, whether on a slackline or with a partner (or in life!). Montreal Acro is all about creativity; emanating from a background of acrobatic dance and ashtanga yoga, it invites exploratory improvisation and encourages practitioners to play with movement.

Join us to explore a flow inspired in both of these AcroYoga traditions and complete it with your own exploration. This workshop is for those with some acro experience and the desire to follow your instincts.

Come for one program or come to both. We encourage both for maximal sweat and power.

Chris from Nickel City Cross Fit and Lauren and Mandy from Revolution Cycling will be the main coaches for this program. All three events will go on at the same time. 1.) Plank challege, 2.) Squat Challenge. 3.) Burpee Challenge

Form matters. Alignment solid. The longer you can do these the closer you will be champ.

Got a case of the Mondays?

Let the Outer Harbor scenery and the calm water view melt it away. Join us for another fun power hour and savor a drink on us from the Pointe after! Dr. Joanne Wu is helping you inspire movement for healthful living.

Paddle fitness is a way for us to use the Stand Up Paddle board to train our core, our entire body, and our heart rate! We will paddle and perform strengthening focused exercises on the board as well as paddle around the area to enjoy the Outer Harbor Wilkeson point. After, we will set up a special yoga session right by the beautiful gazebo to relaxing music produced by local artist Kurt Ebsary of Leaky Ledge Studios. 75min never went by so fast. You will sweat, smile and savor not only because you worked out, but you met new friends and enjoyed nature!
